The Swimshop Trading Terms and Conditions
1. Detailed description of good and/or services
The Swimshop is a web-based business that markets and sells specialty swimwear,
swimming equipment, toys and associated products over the Internet.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and against receipt of payment, orders will be confirmed by way
of an invoice sent by e-mail. Delivery will be effected within 4 Working day’s after
confirmation of the order.

The sale of goods by The Swimshop is always subject to availability. In cases where an order
has been confirmed and products are not available, The Swimshop will refund the customer in
full within 30 (thirty) days. Cancellation of confirmed orders by a customer before the
order has been processed will attract a 15 % administration fee. Orders may not be
cancelled once despatched for delivery to the customer.

The Swimshop shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of customers.

Payment for orders placed with The Swimshop may be made via direct internet bank transfer,
Visa Card, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards(relevant details to be supplied
when ordering). Where payment is made by way of a direct bank transfer, the customer must
send proof of such payment to The Swimshop by e-mail or fax.
