When buying goggles you need to be aware of the shape and size of of a swimmers face and whether they have wide or close set eyes as well as the width and height of the bridge of the nose. 

Tips:

  • Goggles with solid nose pieces ie. non-adjustable, are suitable for close set eyes and smaller/narrower nose bridges.
  • Goggles with adjustable nose-pieces are suitable for children and adults.
  • Children and adults with small faces and eye sockets should ensure that they stick to goggles with smaller eye pieces to ensure good suction.
